Yes. But the cost for short term movement may not work out economical for you. All transportation charges to and fro are to be paid by the Hirer. The minimum period of hire is 10 days. you will have to bear hire charges for 10 days at least.
Immediately check for any leakages or unnatural sounds. Thereafter, check oil level, diesel level and carry out basic pre starting checks. Check for any indication of failure of any part. Inform Kunnel AMD Team immediately regarding such incidents and do not attempt to start the equipment without a green signal from our technical staff. Make an entry of the incident in the Logbook.
Under ordinary circumstances, maintenance support will be provided within 24 hours of reporting the defect if the location is within city limits. If the location is outside Ernakulam, technical maintenance support may be provided within 72 hours of time (Following COVID PROTOCOL). We will make every effort to provide maintenance support within the earliest possible time. Problems arise sometimes due to non availability of spares. But we do hold several critical spares at our yard to maintain effective firstline maintenance support.

Yes. We can help by providing operators based on availability. But the hirer must pay the operator charges and other benefits and allowances as mentioned in the contract.
Yes, it is possible but for short durations and will involve an extra cost. The same may not be necessary as we have an efficient service maintenance team on call.
There are certain prerequisites one must comply with before one can hire from Kunnel AMD. This mainly involves the furnishing of certain documents. The hirer must provide in advance the following:
– One month rent in advance in the form of cash.
– A non-dated security cheque for the value of the equipment they plan to take on rent.
If the hirer is comfortable with the above mentioned preconditions then they are free to rent equipment’s from Kunnel AMD, subject to approval.
Rent will be paid monthly and is to be paid by 5th of every month. Timely payment of hire charges as well as any other services if any, is essential and no credit facilities are available

As per company policy, discounts are not given at any point. However, based on the standing of the hirer and his reputation in the industry and their relationship with our organization, minor discounts can be considered on a case-to-case basis.
As per company policy, the hirer bears the responsibility of picking up and transporting the rental equipment from the storage site. How ever on request, we may deliver the same to wherever the hirer wishes us to do so. There will be a cost associated with this movement as it is an add on service we offer to our customers.
Yes, assembling, testing, and disassembling will be done by Kunnel AMD at your site as you may not be able to carry out the same. The first time assembling the first-time disassembling is in the scope of Kunnel AMD. If the hirer requires it to be done any other time apart from the initial set up, then there would be a cost associated with this service as it does not fall under the scope of the routine rental.
Normally with our efficient service system, down time is minimised. However, if major repairs are involved, we try to provide a standby equipment free of cost to avoid downtime, based on availability.

Yes, you must sign a contract. We will send you the draft contract after your requirements are identified along with all terms and conditions. You would have to print out the same on a Rs 200 stamp paper and send it to us so that all the formalities can be completed. Kunnel AMD retains the original contract, and a copy would be provided for the hirer’s reference.
The equipment is expected to be covered under insurance availed by you. In case of a theft or loss, inform us immediately. If you are not able to locate the equipment, you will be required to provide a new machine or reimburse the total cost of the equipment and allied charges as mentioned in the contract.
